An interactive 3 part webinar series for allied health professionals promoting discussion around the impact of the current environment on the Allied Health team.
Jennifer Clark PA-C, Bailey Estes, BSN, RN-BC, Adam Burget RN and Rich Casazza RT(R) (CI) will share their experiences in response to the unprecedented measures taken across the country to prepare for and battle COVID-19 while protecting the safety of themselves, employees and patients.
Discussion will surround managing through changing PPE guidelines, finding confidence to be an advocate for yourself and others and managing the mental and physical strain through these stressful times.
Objectives:
- Discuss the view from the front-lines from an allied health perspective
- Promote sharing of solutions for self care and the stigma within healthcare in the COVID environment
- Share best practices for management of communicating with management
- Offer a forum to voice concerns and network positivity
