How IVUS allows physicians to "see clearly, treat optimally” in at least one of the following procedure types: arterial, venous

• One winner for arterial and one winner venous
• AV access does not apply
• Once selected, the fellow will be eligible to enter into a consulting agreement with Philips valued up to $30,000*
• Multiple submissions are allowed per person, but can only win in one procedure type
